Refund policy

Hi there! We have a 5 day return policy after the product has been delivered, to request a return subject to the following conditions.

We are a business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we don't hold any inventory and we actually work with our production partners to produce our inventory as and when needed.

So, as you place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the item especially and uniquely for you! We do this to keep the quality high, and costs low!

Having said that, we wish to offer quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the items you ordered from us, without any defects. However, if your items arrived damaged or with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a return as per your wish.

To be eligible for a return or replacement in case of a print defect or damaged item, following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You are required to record a video while you open/unbox your order and of the defective/damaged product, along with video of the original packaging before it was opened. Without video proofs, returns, refunds or replacement cannot be processed.
  • You are advised to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund, return or exchange for any other reasons. It is strongly recommended to confirm your size in the size chart provided for each product before placing an order. Please note, minor color variations due to photographic lighting can be expected. 

 To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@hustleclan.in. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours to process your return request. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions for your return. Items sent back to us anyhow without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed and dispatched. Email as at admin@hustleclan.in to request cancellation.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved after inspection, you’ll be refunded through Net Banking or UPI payment within 7 business days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
